Looks like Charlie Sheen won’t be seeing a paycheck for a while. CBS & Warner Bros. Television have shut down production of the show for the rest of the season.
On Thursday, Sheen made some interesting comments against the co-creator of the show, Chuck Lorre, during two interviews.
Sheen told TMZ.com, “I violently hate Chaim Levine [Chuck Lorre]. He’s a stupid, stupid little man and a p***y punk that I’d never want to be like. That’s me being polite. That piece of s**t took money out of my pocket, my family’s pocket and, most importantly, my second family — my crew’s pocket. You can tell him one thing: I own him.”
CBS & Warner Bros. Television released a statement only hours after Sheen’s second interview. The statement stated, “Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of ‘Two and a Half Men’ for the remainder of the season.”
Looked like Charlie has finally gone too far.
