For two months, British billionaire, Alki David as been waiting for someone to take him up on his challenge, which was to streak in front of the president with the name of his website, battlecam.com, painted across his chest. That person also had shout the website name 6 times and the president had to see and hear all of it.
Rodriguez was caught and arrested for disorderly conduct, public lewdness, and indecent exposure. He was released on Monday and was seen wearing a thin white jumpsuit the police provided him with.
All that needs to be confirmed for Rodriguez to have filled all the requirements is that the president heard and saw it happen. Considering he was very close to the podium, I think there’s a good chance he noticed.
David told The Daily News, “”This is the first time anybody has attempted it. I still don’t know if he was successful. 
If he has done it, I’ll pay him in cash.”
