Rob Lowe’s publisher Henry Holt and Company has announced that he will release a memoir in May 2011 entitled “Stories I Only Tell My Friends.”
It will reflect on his four decades as an actor, as well as fatherhood. Lowe will discuss the transitions he went through in the industry including going from teen heartthrob to TV and movie actor. He also will speak about his family, fatherhood, and his sobriety.
Working with the production company 44 Blue, Lowe is launching a reality show called Potomac Fever that will feature young residents trying to live in the city.
Rob Lowe was a member of the Brat Pack in the 80’s after starring in The Outsiders and St. Elmo’s Fire. Recently, he has been seen on Brothers & Sisters playing politician Robert McCallister.
