During a backstage interview at the Invasion Tour with Lady LA of radio station Power 98.3, G-Unit CEO Curtis “50 cent” Jackson, shares his thoughts about fellow rapper P.Diddy.
During the interview, 50 Cent explains his frustrations about what he calls Diddy’s “desperate” attempts to stay important. 50 believes that Diddy pairs up with well-known artists such as Nikki Minaj and Rick Ross to give his music “momentum.” He goes on to state, “I think Diddy’s music sucks.”
What’s more, is this isn’t the first time 50 cent has voiced his opinion about P. Diddy.
In 2006, 50 Cent recorded a “diss” record called “Hip-Hop,” that includes some allegations against Sean “Puffy” Combs aka P.Diddy.
The lyrics go on to say, “Who shot Biggie Smalls?/ If we don’t get them, they gonna kill us all,” 50 raps. “Man, Puffy know who hit that n—a man, that ***** soft/ He’s scared them boys from the west side gonna break him off.”
50 also says, “I guess this means I won’t be invited to [Diddy’s] White Parties in the Hamptons/ I don’t give a ****, I don’t wanna hang out with your punk***, no way.”
At this time P.Diddy has not responded to 50 cent’s statements.
