Prince Harry’s Pint-Sized Heckler
Prince Harry had some recent wardrobe malfunctions in Nevada two weeks ago. The third in line to the royal throne was posing nude in photos during his stay at a Las Vegas VIP suite.
Despite the negative press, the Prince did not try to hide. In fact, he spent his time at the WellChild awards ceremony poking fun at himself. (He is the charity’s Royal Patro, a charity that honors the bravery of seriously ill children in Britain.)
One of these children, six-year-old leukemia survivor Alex Logan, was honored with an award. He also enjoyed some playful banter with the Prince himself.
Logan was seen in an interview on ITV explaining that he wanted to say to the Prince when he meets him, “I’m glad you’ve got your clothes on!”
Upon actually meeting him, Prince Harry said, “I heard you were on ITV earlier, you said something cheeky, let’s not talk about that here,” as he jokingly waved his finger at the little boy.
Logan did not get to deliver his epic line, but he did get to stroke the Prince’s face with his toy penguin.
The Prince also got stroked in the face by another child. Five-year-old Hope Hillis, who underwent more than 50 operations after being born prematurely, showed no hesitation in licking his face. Once again, the Prince joked around when he responded with, “But we’ve only just met!”
