Lindsay checked into prison on July 20th for violating probation from her 2007 Dui conviction.
She’s currently finishing up her last week in jail & news of her going straight from jail to rehab has Lindsay uneasy. She’s unhappy that she may have to report to rehab within 24 hours of her release from jail because she wants some quality family time.
When asked about Lindsay reporting from her jail sentence to rehab, Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay’s attorney, responded, “She’s a little upset right now. She’d like to spend some time with her family, and there’s at least some question as to whether or not she’ll have to go directly to rehab.”
Despite her sad situation, Lindsay seems to be benefiting from being in jail. Holley said “She’s eating and drinking, she looks great.”
