According to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, she was not drinking alcohol when her SCRAM bracelet went off earlier this month.
She took a urine test the next morning and the results were negative for alcohol. Due to the results, the Probation Department says that Lindsay has stayed within her probation terms.
They’re still not sure what set off the device, though. Earlier this month, her mother, Dina, said that a drink had been spilled on it while she was at the MTV after-party.
Lindsay will be finished with her alcohol education classes by her next court hearing on July 6.
