Jerry Sandusky, the former defensive coordinator at Penn State University, has been arrested again because of nine new sexual assault chargers from two additional accusers.
Sandusky was removed from his Pennsylvania home earlier today and was transferred to Pennsylvania county jail after failing to make bail, which is currently set at $250,000.
The two new accusers said they met Sandusky through the Second Mile, and organization for at-risk youth that Sandusky founded. One of the accusers, known as Victim 9, claims he met Sandusky in 2004 and alleges that bizarre behavior like hugging and tickling escalated to sexual assaults. The other accuser, known as Victim 10, claims he was 10-years-old when he met Sandusky. The two engaged in “wrestling” sessions which eventually led to oral sex in the coach’s home, according to the victim.
The Attorney General announced that Sandusky has been charged with four new counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor. The former defensive coordinator was also charged with one count of indecent assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
