The NY Daily News is reporting that Chuck Norris — in keeping with his tough-guy meme — is currently kicking the butt of an 18th century Hapsburg empress…in a bridge-naming competition!
The Slovak Republic government has set up an online contest to allow the public to name a bridge stretching across the Moravia River to Austria…and 74% of the votes have gone to the “Lone Wolf McQuade” & “Walker, Texas Ranger” star. Empress Maria Theresa, who was thought to be a favorite, only has 8% of the votes.
The polling ends in April.
