Would you pay 10,000 for an alcoholic drink? Highly doubtful. Turns out, if Lindsay wants to drink, she will be paying prices similar to this.
David Perez, who posted Lohan’s bail, told TMZ recently that, “Lindsay didn’t really forfeit her $100,000 bail. The judge just applied the $100,000 to the new, enhanced bail, adding another $100,000 on, thus forcing Lindsay to pay an additional 10% premium to [me]. So Lindsay has really lost nothing, other than having to pay a total of $20,000 to the bail bondsman.”
In the future, if those in charge of Lindsay’s SCRAM tell the courts she is drinking again, the same drill will occur. Judge Revel is unable to revoke bail altogether & put Lindsay in jail because it is only considered a misdemeanor.
Linsday still insists she wasn’t drinking Sunday night, but if she wants to she can for a small price of about $10,000!
