She’s found that the kiss between Hermione and Ron is all anyone wants to talk about when interviewing her, so she explained why she thought it was such a sensation for the world.

“I suppose I understand.  This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it’s been building up for eight films now.  And Harry Potter, it’s not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex.  So, whenever there is a hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited.”

It completely makes sense.  Fans have been looking forward to this relationship for years.  And, in a series of movies that is mostly comprised of action, magic, and one little thing with Harry and Cho, any kind of relationship among the main characters is exciting!

Watson continued by saying, “In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.  The nicest thing about it was, before we did it, we turned to each other and were like, ‘God, this is going to be awful, isn’t it?’  But hopefully it will look good.”

Twilight fans needn’t go crazy, though.  She’s just telling the truth; Rupert and Daniel aren’t taking their shirts off every five minutes!

When the police confronted Lee, one of the devices he had strapped to himself exploded.

Police say the building is not yet safe because some of Lee’s backpacks may have explosives.

Police, FBI, ATF, and SWAT are on the scene and have been in negotiations with him for over an hour.

The suspect, identified as James Jay Lee, is a radical environmentalist with a long time hatred of the Discovery Channel.  He has been calling for protests against them for a few years now.  In 2008, they arrested Lee for protesting outside of the building; he was found guilty of disorderly conduct.

When he entered the building, he told people in the lobby to get on the ground.  Employees have been advised to lock themselves in their offices.  Most of the employees have made it out of the building.

The entire daycare, including rollings cribs full of babies, was emptied quickly.  The children were reunited with their parents in the McDonald’s parking lot next door.

He will have to be screened again in three months to make sure all of the precancerous tissue was removed and to check if any other growths have formed. He will have to continue to get regular colonoscopies.

“There’s a lot of tension,” he said. “It’s frustrating. Why did this happen to me? It forces you to question the assumptions you make about life.”

After buying the site for 1.65 Billion in stock back in ‘06, Google hasn’t found a way to actually make a buck off of YouTube.  So, amidst the recent news of Blockbuster going bust, Google has helped to kick Blockbuster while it’s down, announcing that YouTube will now offer Pay-Per-View movies.

New titles are expected to be about $5, and my guess would be the standard 24-hour rental period would stay put.  What makes this intriguing isn’t the price, or the revolutionary nature of pay-per-view online (because it isn’t).  No, it’s the fact that Google may have actually found a way to make money off of their investment, and that YouTube has more viewers than cable companies could ever dream of — a potential shift from cable to the internet, once again.

Hulu and Apple are also in the market to make some movie money, with Hulu adding Hulu Plus within the last few months, which hasn’t exactly taken off due to a lack of exclusive content.  Apple is expected to revamped their TV offerings with iTV on September 1st, hoping to spur on the already successful rental service of the iTunes store.

The latest offering will feature Ryan Reynolds and Bradley Cooper, as Risky Business is reporting that the duo will star in a Sheldon Turner (Up in the Air) written adventure.

The article posits, “The actioner is meant to have an updated Lethal Weapon flavor that plays into edgier R-rated territory.”

That doesn’t sound like it sucks, which is a good thing.  Plus, Reynolds and Cooper are both in high demand, and deservedly so.  Maybe this one will be a winner.  

Just for your information, Blowback was the original title of the script when it was  pitched five years back, and Dwayne Johnson was attached as one of the lead roles.

The plot involves the two leads, cops, who have to un-retire their fathers, former cops, to help them solve a case… and then hilarity ensues, followed by explosions.

The Mean Girls star was headed to the Chateau Marmont with a passenger. According to The Hollywood Gossip, Lindsay’s time spent in prison and rehab recently have caused her to have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to illegal activities.

Lindsay is planning on shooting the movie, Inferno, in Louisiana in mid-November. If she gets in more trouble with the law, she may not be allowed to leave the state.
