Lady Gaga Comes Out With Coffee Table Book

Little Monsters everywhere will be happy to hear that Gaga is releasing a coffee table book with famed photographer Terry Richardson.

The book will center on Gaga’s Monster Ball tours and focus on backstage pictures of her and the crew. Richardson followed Gaga for nearly 10 months and got some very personal photos of the eccentric singer:

“He is on the bus with me. He just follows me everywhere,” she says of Richardson. “He’ll photograph me when I’m changing – those quick changes during the show. And sometimes I’ll have to pee during the show, and I’m always screaming, ‘Terry, get out!’”

The book is 350 pages with black and white and color photos and will be available on November 22nd.

Denise Richards Opens Up in New Us Weekly Issue

The cover story from the new issue of Us Weekly features an interview with Denise Richards!  She opens up about her relationship with Charlie Sheen and explaining the “goddesses” to her daughters, as well as an exclusive excerpt from her memoir.

About having nice things to say about Sheen in her book, “The Real Girl Next Door,” she says, “I didn’t want to be sitting here as a bitter ex-wife trashing my ex-husband and saying all these nasty things about the father of my children. Everyone has heard about our nasty split. It’s an up-and-down relationship. But we get through those down times. That’s just the nature of an addict.” She continues, “I have a sense of humor about it. I’ve accepted him for who he is.”

Of one particular night out, she recounts, “Charlie invited me to this dinner with “friends,” and once I realized what these women did for a living, I thought, It’s one meal; you can suck it up and get through it. It’s not my place to judge how they make a paycheck. I wasn’t going to storm off. But then as the night progressed, I felt it would be best if I wasn’t at the dinner table and left early because I had an excuse — I had to get up early for Howard Stern.” And of explaining the “Goddesses” to her daughters, she says, “I don’t explain the goddesses to the girls. They’re not at the age where I think that’s appropriate. At the moment, it’s public knowledge that the goddesses aren’t around, so I don’t have to explain it!”

About being accused of stealing Richie Sambora from Heather Locklear, Richards says “I did not steal someone’s husband. Did I date a former friend’s ex-husband? Yes. Did I break up a marriage? No. I understand ‘girl code.’” Richards also shares who she turns to, adding, “I do this supper club every month with different women: Lisa Rinna, Nancy O’Dell, Ali Sweeney, Ali Landry, Holly Robinson Peete. We each bring a dish to someone’s house and get the table all fancy with candles. We talk about anything and everything and whatever we discuss stays at the table. We relate to a lot of the same things and we’re incredibly supportive.”

JENNIFER AND JUSTIN: Shopping for a House!

Aniston and Theroux have been searching for a new pad. Too much, too soon? After just four months of dating, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are ready for a home of their own. The actress, 42, is “househunting, and Justin has been involved every step of the way,” a source tells Hot Stuff. “He plans to live with her.” The couple want “something cozy and private,” adds the insider. Another sign it’s serious: Aniston recently introduced Theroux to her dad, soap star John Aniston, over dinner at Delmonico’s in L.A.’s Encino. Says a witness, “She seemed nervous.” Meanwhile, Theroux’s friends have bigger concerns. “There’s talk in Justin’s circle that he’s having a midlife crisis,” says a pal of the writer-actor, who split with his girlfriend of 14 years, Heidi Bivens, in the spring — and who turns 40 on August 10. “Everything seems to be moving at warp speed.” Continue reading

Us Weekly Exclusive: Newly Single Lauren Conrad Flirts With Teen Wolf’s Colton Haynes

A new guy for the good girl?

A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly that Paper Crown designer Lauren Conrad, 25, looked enamored with Teen Wolf hottie Colton Haynes, 23, when the two shared a table at the HTC Status phone launch on July 20 — and the pair even exchanged numbers at night’s end.

While a Conrad insider says “they are friends and have known each other forever,” a witness is more affirmative: “She was into him, and vice versa. They went to a club afterward.”

Yet Haynes — who appeared on two episodes of The Hills when Conrad interned at Teen Vogue — could end up heartbroken. A source says Conrad still speaks every day with ex Kyle Howard, 33 (the two broke up after three years, in May). Says the insider, “They may get back together.”

Russia Wins Worldwide Geography Bee

It happens every two years and it encompasses the world over. It may not be as popularized as the National Spelling Bee, but the National Geographic World Championship is just as important in its message and difficult in its preparation.

Wednesday, July 27, the Russian team, comprised of three 16-year-olds Egor Shustov, Masha Samoletova and Alexander Bondarchuk, took home the gold medal in the “brain Olympics” and beat out 16 other competing countries.

Want to see if you could have come up with the winning answer? Here’s the question that decided which of the final three teams, Canada, Russia and Chinese Taipei, would win the World Championship: which island has a population of about 57,000 people, with most settlements on its West coast and little of the large island fit for faming?

The answer is Greenland.

This World Championship was believed to pack some of the toughest questions heard in the entire span of the competition. Game show host, Alex Trebek, presided over this year’s competition held on Google’s campus in Mountain View, California.
