Lindsay checked into prison on July 20th for violating probation from her 2007 Dui conviction. She’s currently finishing up her last week in jail & news of her going straight from jail to rehab has Lindsay uneasy. A former American Idol reject – who stole the mic from Dane Cook during the live finale earlier this year – has filed a complaint for workplace discrimination and is setting the stage for a massive $300 million lawsuit. Ian Benardo claims that problems began in 2006 when he first auditioned for the show. Wrestler Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife Linda Hogan, 50, is engaged to 21-year-old Charlie Hill. Linda and Hulk’s daughter Brooke is one year older than her soon to be step father. President Barack Obama will return to “The View” on Thursday, July 29th in order to discuss “his administration’s accomplishments, jobs, the economy, the Gulf oil spill and family life inside the White House,” says ABC.
