After failing to show up to her probation hearing last week  (Lindsay claims she lost of passport while abroad in Cannes),  Lindsay finally showed up in court on Monday – ten minutes late, of course. Judge Marsha Revel imposed new conditions on the actress, ordering Lindsay to wear an alcohol monitoring device and undergo random weekly drug and alcohol testing. Former host of Food Network’s Calorie Commando, Juan-Carlos Cruz, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly tried to hire homeless people to murder someone for him. One of the homeless men came forward to the Santa Monica police, and he or she also informed the police of the intended target: Cruz’s wife! The man formerly known for making low-calorie versions of comfort food was concocting a plan to kill his wife. It seems Lil Wayne has found his way into more trouble. The jailed rapper, who is serving a one year sentence at Rikers Island on a gun charge, was ratted out yesterday for having”music contraband”. He was caught with a charger and ear phones for some kind of mp3 player. Another inmate in the same wing was later found with the accompanying music player, according to NY Daily News.  Lil Wayne  and the other inmate will be charged with an infraction for contraband!
